Information on Coronavirus

We Are Still Here for You!

Dear customers,

Despite the current extraordinary situation, we are still at your service. Our printing operations will continue, orders will be completed on time and our staff can be reached via telephone and e-mail.

We have started early to take measures to deal with the coronavirus:

Our employees were informed in good time and are being informed continuously about preventive behaviour recommended by the Federal Ministry of Health. These behaviours are consistently implemented in our company. A clear chain of action has been defined and communicated in case of suspected cases.

Home office

In order to reduce the risk of infection, the majority of workplaces have been relocated from administration to the home office. Here our employees are available for you as usual. We are also happy to arrange telephone or video conferences with you.

So far, no Eversfrank Group site has been affected by quarantine measures. We can secure the production of all orders. To protect our production employees, clear rules of conduct have been defined and precautionary measures taken which are constantly observed. In addition, all employees were provided with masks to cover their noses and mouth.

If production areas are affected by quarantine measures, the capacities at the other locations of the Eversfrank Group are used. We have a very good disposition capability and offer a high level of production reliability thanks to our broad machine park.

In the unlikely event that several locations are affected by quarantine measures or the capacity of the available machines is insufficient, we have an extensive, proven partner network that ensures production capabilities.

External contacts

We would be delighted to welcome you personally at one of our locations. For the protection of all parties involved, this is currently not possible. All visits, business trips, events or training courses have been cancelled or postponed. We would be happy to communicate with you via digital media. Strict protective measures have been established for logistics service providers appearing in person at our plant premises. These are strictly observed.

Retail Summit – Port of Thoughts

Unfortunately, we also have to cancel the "Retail Summit - Port of Thoughts" event planned for 14 May 2020 due to the current situation. The good news: We already have a new date! Please enter 22 April 2021 in your calendar!
