Eversfrank Group strategy concept shows positive results

Despite the tense economic situation in the printing and media industry, the Eversfrank Group succeeded in finding a solution for the planned adjustments in personnel capacities at the Meldorf site in close cooperation between the management and the works council. Retirement regulations and internal restructuring measures to create new areas avoided threatening redundancies and safeguarded the company’s expertise. Current temporary contracts are also extended or converted into permanent employment contracts.

“These positive developments create a healthy basis for the further implementation of our strategy concept,” reports the management of the Eversfrank Group. “From these results and the commitment of our entire team, we draw optimism and look to the future”.

Background

The entire printing and media industry has been in a state of upheaval for several years. For this reason, a strategy development project was launched two years ago that covered both the business policy orientation and the corporate structure. A concept was developed with a multi-year plan that extends into the year 2020.  The aim of this plan is to ensure the long-term profitability of the Eversfrank Group in order to safeguard jobs and successfully continue the company in the future.
